These Terms & Conditions govern your use of niddhigems.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Niddhi Gems sells natural gemstone beads, sold by the strand as described on each product page (size, cut, length, and approximate weight). As these are natural materials, minor variation in color and shape from the photograph is normal and does not constitute a defect.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any import duties or taxes applicable in the destination country, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where a listed strand is no longer available.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan having exclusive jurisdiction.
