Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are shipped. To cancel, email hello@niddhigems.com or call +91 9214047536 with your order details. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

As natural gemstone beads are sold by strand and each strand is unique, we accept returns only in the following cases:

• The item received is materially different from what was ordered
• The item arrives damaged in transit

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the item and packaging, by emailing hello@niddhigems.com.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days. Minor natural variation in color, shape, or inclusions inherent to gemstones is not grounds for a refund.
