Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our Jaipur, Rajasthan facility within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via registered courier with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–15 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the listed price.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Orders within India are typically delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@niddhigems.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
